This man should be in prison for embezzling us out of our money. Cases againts him are dismissed for lack of funds .Go to Portsmouth Circuit Court criminal and he has a deferred judgement for drug possesion(cocaine) felony offense.

Complaining here is a good thing but taking action is better. You can file a "Warrant in Debt:" and get a judgement against him without the expense of a lawyer.
