Arrived just when they said they would. Very professional. Explained everything clearly. Didn't seem to overcharge and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need even though I was the one who brought it up. Would call again if ever I had a broken lock.

Best locksmith in the county. Never once have I had a key not work. That is not the case with Home Depot or Ace Hardware. When it comes to Baldwin their cuts just don't work.
