We had a great experience with A1 property services. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with A1 for the replacement of the roof on our home. This was not only because of price, but because of the owner’s honesty in telling us the real facts about warranties, etc. The owner (Geo) was very helpful and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us. The price was also far below some other estimates we had gotten. The materials he used were all top of the line GAF products. Our lifetime warranty shingles came with a 20 year guarantee against winds up to 130 miles per hour. WOW. They even replaced the rotting fascia around the pool patio with a product called never-rot so we won’t have the same rotting problem again. The quality of the job was great. The roof looks terrific. They even painted the new vents to match the shingles. The owner promised to get the job done quickly and he came through. It took less than two weeks from contract to final inspection. What was particularly unusual was the fact that he did not ask for any money up front. When the job was finished he provided me with the warranties, final inspections and release of liens. His work crew did an exceptionally professional job and the owner(s) were around several times a day to check on progress throughout the job. They always answered the phone or returned calls promptly. The worksite was kept meticulously clean throughout the job. I would highly recommend A1 property services. They are truly a great company.
The project in my home wasn't easy, but fortunately they were determined to correct my roofing issues. Sabrina is very prompt returning emails and contacting customers.
