This was the first time using MasterKleen and I had a few stains that I was very nervous about. I was astounded by the results! They arrived on time and did a thorough job and did not leave until I was totally satisfied. Of all times, my dog had an accident the day after, and I called and they were able to come back in one day to fix that stain....

The carpets look great. The guys took their time. They did not rush through the job so they could go on to the next job. They did not just do one pass over the carpet, but several, to make sure it was clean and the driest it could be.
