Customer service is BY FAR the worst I've experienced. If they say they will call you back, expect never to hear from them again. Also we called one day to schedule an appointment with them....

I wish I had zero stars to give out. Called these guys out for a "free" estimate. They charged me $96 for an estimate that it says on their website is FREE. The guy would not take no for an answer...

Awesome customer service and honesty! Both AC units went out this week (temps in the 90s and high humidity) called another company and after not showing during the allotted 3 hour window but 1.5...

The company has horrible customer service. The technician was late during my schedule visit in mid-May to inspect and repair my HVAC.. I didn't even receive a call beforehand to let me know....

Working with this company was a huge mistake. 30 minutes after the tech came to work on my house, he was extremely rude to me after I asked him to please explain the science behind HVAC units. His exacts words were "young lady I do not have the time to explain that to you". My experience with this …
