I called A1 American for a leak. They came out with I 24 hours. John S. Was Great, very professional, took the time to explain everything. Also listen to all my concerns. Very happy with my service I got! I will use them again.
A-1 American technicians Joe and Bruce installed a new 3 ton Goodman A/C system, airhandler and pex water lines with insolation and valves in our house today. Their technical expertise, workmanship and customer service skills were beyond expectation. Their planning, communication and professionalism literally eliminated all the stress typically associated with any major home repair and big purchase situation. No short cuts, no cut corners. I called for service and in less then 30 min the tech called saying he was on his way. Ron was so polite and took care to make sure I understood what was needed to be done for the service I needed. He even took the time to suggest what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Such wonderful service!
After relighting the pilot light again we knew something was probably wrong with the water heater. I called A1 and the receptionist was friendly and understanding. Larry & John came out and after a few minutes determined the issue and found another issue that I was not even aware of. They patiently answered all of my questions which made me feel I was making an informed decision without being pressured. Within a short time a new water heater was installed and we had hot water! WooHoo! Thank you John & Larry! You are the best and thanks A-1
Drip, drip, drip. I tried 15 times to fix the bathtub leak myself. My wife had had enough. Me or the drip. I called A-1 American and they sent Jim from the Virginia Beach office. No more drip. Happy Wife = Happy Life.
We had been having a back flow problem from our washing machine for about a year. I would snake out the pipe and within a few days the problem would return. I called A-1 American and requested them to send someone out to look at my problem and give me an estimate on the repairs. They sent Brian out and within just a few minutes he was able to tell me that my problem was that my pipe was clogged...

I recently noticed a surge in our water bill and thought there may be a leak in one of our toilets. I also heard a loud noise when I tried to open and close the shut off valve. I thought of calling a company that I had used before, but decided to try A-1 American since I saw their TV commercial all the time. I am glad I did!!

Had an unexpected water leak happen. Called A-1 American and the young lady was very helpful with my questions and concerns. She also scheduled me for an appointment with a tech ASAP. Johnny, the tech was super informative and professional. He finished the job in a timely manner and worked with me to answer all my questions and concerns. Would recommend for all plumbing needs. My water heater stopped working, I contacted A-1 and they sent out a technician, Tim. Not only did Tim show up on time as promised, he did impeccable work. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select a product that met need sat, a price I was comfortable paying. But the best part
