Help us make it rightIt's nice and secure but is infested with roaches. Found a baby cockroach in my bed. Landlord has made no moves to remedy this disgusting infestation. The view is great but there are more bugs inside than outside. Gross.
On our move-out date we spent the entire day cleaning, washing, and polishing. We went through the checklist and did everything it stated, even the window blinds, the windows, and the oven. Yet this apartment had the gall to ask for more money to cover cleaning costs. I can¿t help but wonder that if we were to look closely at their records, if we would see that they charge all residents above...
