Total Rip Off!! Don't come even close to this place. they over charged me, after quoting me one price they charged me twice times as much when the work was done. just avoid this place i called around and they are more expensive than any other place in dc .plus the attitude is terrible just call and ask a few questions and you will see.
I wish there were less than one star for this review. I was quoted $125 over the phone to rekey 4-5 locks. When the technician showed up (40 minutes late) he wrote up an invoice that quoted me $305. I explained that I was improperly quoted and questioned the way that their services are priced. Long story short, I explained that I was not interested in services for that price. The technician...

the guy gets here and does not have a key grinder. quotes me $280.00 ($200 over the phone quote). When I refused his service he said, ""I'll do it for 80 since I'm a day late and already here."" He then continues to gripe the entire time about he isn't making any money even i showed him a $40 dollar tip on the check.
So 2 hours later he left me with a broken lock and no way to check if the old key is non-functional cause he ""lost it""
I ended up having to buy new locks on the entire house.\r
This Company Uses a fake address and they have 3 complains with the BBB and much more expensive
Reading the previous reviews, I thought I would be getting a good provider. How wrong I was; they sent out a young man to change my locks, but he only showed up with equipment the change the key tumbler. He ended up breaking a lock, after he figured out he couldn't perform a ""re-key"". Then stated that they took cash and had no change. What in the world????? I guess if you want to use them to pop a car lock, they might be a decent service. I have no kind words for this company, except you all should be ashamed!
