We have lived here for over a year and as soon as the pool opened everyone from the area flocks! People within the complex share their windy knolls gate code with outsiders and they all conjugate by the pool. Drinking and chaos fills the complex and the pool/gym area is unenjoyable to say the least. It's ashame that we cannot enjoy our own facilities because a select few that live within decide...

I love living at 700 Acqua! The staff is wonderful!!! The office staff is always friendly, professional and willing to help in any way that's needed. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are clean, and the pool and fitness center are great!!! The best apartments in Newport News are 700 Acqua!!!

I have been here since mid 2011 and spiders frequently visits our apartment. One night i stepped out for roughly 30 minutes and when i return there was a small snake sitting infront my door. Although the area is advertised as a gated community the gates are always open.
