4025 has several forms of East Indian Yoga and Oriental Yang Style Short Form T'ai Chi Chuan / T'ai Chi Gung. Their instructors are excellent. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. Walking off Macarthur Ave into 4025 Yoga is a joy! The small, tasteful shop is interesting, practice rooms are lovely and the staff is friendly and warm. Thanks Helen & Chris!
