We moved in mid September and love it here. The staff is always very friendly (Derek at front desk and Casey in the leasing office especially stand out to us). We've had a couple maintenance requests and Ernie always does a great job of taking care of it right away. They are very good about hosting fun events …

315 on A is okay. The amenities are fine if you don't plan on using often. The outdoor common area is tiny, but the view from the 20th floor is spectacular. The indoor common space is plentiful and nice. The gym in tiny, though. 2+ people doing non-cardio workouts makes for a cramped atmosphere. I used to …
