Help us make it rightWe were an immigrant living in the Dallas area for five years when my contract ended. Me and my six months pregnant wife decided to try our luck on a different state. I found it in San Jose California, which pays triple than my old work pays. We were in United States for ten years and we were a frequent mover and all of them ends up to be a disaster. I don't know what is the reason why moving companies always treat us bad no matter who and where they are. I decided to move us myself but the stress is taking a toll on my wife's health. So to make it easier for us, I decided to hire a moving company the last minute. I mentioned the plan to my co-worker and he gave the number of 24 Hours Moving Inc. I called them, David answered my call and since then he was my contact in the moving company. So we came up with a great deal, closed it and they set up the date for the move. On the move date, they came on-time, worked as fast as they can and handled everything very well. They sent Mike to lead the move and he handled everyone good. It was Joseph who delivered the furniture in San Jose twelve days after pick up. He was a very nice guy and was so witty. He delivered our furniture together with two guys. They finished fast and everything was accounted for. Upon unpacking we double checked everything and I am so glad none has damage. I am glad I hired them.
Great job 24 Hours Moving. I will never forgot how you gave me a great service and understanding our stress due to a family member who recently passed away. We are happy that my mother's belonging's reached the destination less hassle.
I was never new to moving but what I can tell everyone is, its is really hard to find the sober once. Most movers were tricky. I was surprised when I started working with 24 Hours Moving few weeks ago because they were not the typical Nice-when-they-want-your money-but-rude-when-they-have-your-stuff moving company. They were different and very organized. They were also perfect in communication because they stayed in touch with me when my property is on the road. Their people were very polite and very witty. My move with 24 Hours Moving Inc was totally different from the previous moves I had. Their great customer service was the fundamental trait that I can say was very applausible. Whenever I call them I can feel that they were true to help me with my questions and concerns. I expected a delayed delivery for my items because of the severe weather on the way to the destinaton but I had everything on time. I expected some damaged items but its not the case. Everything is in great condition. I guess I just expect too low on moving companies and never thought there were still good moving companies like them. My pleasure to hire you guys and will hire you again in the future.
Quote turns out not to be quote. Off by $1000 and never said a form had to be filled out online to receive you shipment!
On the day of pickup, I found that the estimate was not what was quoted. The items that I had on estimate were sold and I pricing went up by $1000. The representative that came to pick up my belongings Daniel was very rude.

So much happening to my life that the least I wanted is to screw up in my move by hiring an unreliable moving company. Found a new job, Eventually, I decided to move to my brother in Glendale. My move from Texas to North Dakota was definitely the most amazing hightlight of my winter season. I had no problems with my movers at all and they were on time on delivery and moved my things out in 10 days.
