This is place is a bad place to consider for rent. the management company that manages it for them is very unprofessional, Mixes personal with business and not matured enough to deal with questions.
The district manager does not return calls. Service request takes forever to complete. the parking garage is a mess.
Been living down here for the past 10 years. The property manager now and her staff are one of the best of the crew that I've seen come through the building. They are always on top of any request made.
The new renovation is the best. Since I'm a gym freak I love the gym is to die for.
The units are perfect for someone who loves space.
It is perfect place to call home.
Update: Haven't received any updates on A/C situation, it is currently 88 deg in our apartment. Tried visiting the management office 3 times but nobody was available.
No AC, water from tap only runs hot, hotter and lava. Management is nice and they are actively renovating. If they put priorities into fixing existing issues (spoke with 5 other residents without AC) instead of renovations to the...
I have been living at this complex for over 3 months now and I love it! The manager and the maintenance staff are awesome! They are always on top of things and respond promptly to my requests/questions. Also, the location is pretty convenient, close to the inner harbor, to restaurants, bars and other cool places to hangout. I highly recommend this place to call home!
