I have worked with Alan for 4 years, I have found him to be an honest and conscientious person. He's the kind of person who will repair a frozen pipe in winter knowing the family may not pay for months. If a sewer is obstructed, he will spend hours trying to open it up even when he could sell the family a sewer replacement and make more money. He's a trustworthy guy.
