I have been getting my taxes done through this firm ;and they are professionals to the core and deliver best &friendly customer service.
The grateness goes to the Owner and the staff .I have to mention that the Tax refund was quick and witout any problem.I was also able to purchase my Automobile Insurance at a very affordable price from this office.I was able to save money

Do NOT give your business to Rapid Tax. I had a situation where my taxes were submitted incorrectly and they were not only unhelpful in correcting.. But the attorney I spoke to trying to get the information called me a B*TCH and hung up on me! He called back, and told ""ME"" that I was in an arguing mood - when I only called for the phone number to correct my situation. The people there are HORRIBLE to work with, won't help you and happen to be verbally abusive when you do call. I would never allow anyone that I know to use these jerks. DO NOT EVER USE RAPID TAX!

I have filed my income tax return with them every year for almost 8 years now. I would not go anywhere else. The service there is great! The owner is always looking out for his customers!

- Small office, sometimes long wait! -but that should say something as far as popularity!
