The apartments are constructed out of concrete on all sides, which reduces noise from neighbors by a lot. Concrete floors are easy to clean and can be dressed up by a rug. The appliances are higher quality than average and the oven, stove top, and dish washer are all larger than typical. Severe crime epidemic at 1016 lofts, don't plan to keep your car very long!

The management is finally letting me out of my lease because of the break in and then theft of my truck. In fact, they've agreed to let anybody in the building leave do to vandalisms and theft.
