Absolutely the worst, you can tell them exactly what you want and they will direct you to the wrong product. They ignore your questions, do not return calls, with hold information to the point of it being a flat out lie in my mind. I have never encountered such a business that has treated a customer this way. …

The Brazilian Cherry wood flooring was absolutely gorgeous and at a good price. I chose to participate in the 18 month 0% interest offer which I also appreciated. The installation was very professional and my great room looks fantastic!!
