We hired Edward for our wedding in July of 2014. He did a great job with he photos but never delivered the photo album that was part of our package.
A year after our wedding we started emailing and calling him with no response so I filed a BBB complaint against him. I also contacted the professional photography organization that he has printed on his contract and I was informed that he had not paid dues in several years and should not be listing the professional organization on his contract.
He then responded in August admitting he was at fault and requested more time. We agreed he needed to complete our album by October but he never delivered. In November we filed in court against him for failure to complete a contract. In January we went to court and he was a no show and it seems like he is out of business.
Please stay away from him. He does not communicate well nor does he complete contracts. We are out court fees and an album that we rightfully paid for. With so many photographers in Richmond and surrounding areas, you can find better else-ware.
I just wanted to tell you how much we love everything you have done. We both love all of our pictures. You made our special day that much more special. We will share these with generations to come.
Edward Small Studio does BEAUTIFUL work! I have been working with him for 5 years now and I book him for everything! He comes highly recommended from me! He is also VERY easy to work with and his creativity results in amazing pictures. His studio is incredibly nice and comfortable. Edward Small Studio`s the best!!!
Edward Small Studio did our engagement photos last year and we absolutely loved it. Edward Small Studio was awesome to work with and the photos were just perfect. One regret we have with our wedding is not hiring Edward Small Studio, because once you`ve worked with Edward Small Studio and once you see the outcome, nothing else compares.
It was great working with Edward Small Studio, the staff made sure I was comfortable and they were very nice. I was glad I worked with them and my pictures came out great!!! Thanks again!

Five stars for our fabulous photographer!!!!!!!!! Ahh, what a dream! Service is lovely, studio is lovely, and our photos are amazing! Prices are medium to high but this is probably the most upscale photo studio in Edward Small Studio.
