This case has already been arbitrated by the BBB as stated in an earlier post.  It was found the Mr. D**** did not supply what was ordered, that his statements were not accurate, but that Auxo should have done more due diligence when dealing with him, and been more specific with its purchase order.  As such, Auxo Medical could not recoup the freight it spent on, but Auxo was also not required...

False and misleading information

The issue Mr Dotson referred to was arbitrated by the Better Business Bureau in January.  The arbitrator found that the facts Mr. Dotson claims were false.  He did find that Auxo bought a "Pig in a Poke" (the arbitrator's words) and we should have been more careful in dealing with Mr Dotson.  As such, Auxo could not recoup the freight charge it incurred, but that Mr. Dotson was also not...

I received  a PO from Auxo Medical  (Clay Morris) for a used Amsco 2010  Eagle sterilizer.  I sent photos and ask if there was any additional information I could get for them.
