River City Real Estate is HORRIBLE! Bugs, mold, drain clogs, extreme electric bill prices, faulty wiring, fixtures falling off, painted shut windows with extreme air leaks, you name it, this company has it! They had to change their name to Historic Property Management because of the bad reviews. I live in the River City Court area and it's TERRIBLE! I have heard horror stories at the Parachute Factory and Tobacco Factory also! AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Here is where they will steal $300 from you upon moving out as a "refurbishment fee," regardless of the condition of the apartment when you left it. There aren't any amenities on site where I live ar River City Court so there is nothing special to say about the property. It is clean and basically nice. the big value for me is that the rent is cheap and it is close to Carytown.
